You will receive a link to an online guest book when it gets close to your arrival date. You will receive the link by email and text. The home has an electronic lock at the bottom level where the cars are parked. A code will be generated into your guest book just before your arrival day.



The Neighborhood:

From Kiahuna Beach up Kiahuna Plantation Drive to the areas of Pili Mai, Kauanoe o Koloa, Wainani, and Kiahuna Village. Kiahuna Village is an association of homes around the Kiahuna Golf Course and Wainani's single-family homes surround another part of the golf course. Poipu Shopping Village with free Hawaiian entertainment on Mondays and Thursdays at 5 pm and the Village Market every first and third Tuesday. Enjoy walking the Hapa Trail which will take you from the Poipu Beach Athletic Club to Koloa.



Getting Around:

When visiting Kauai, we highly recommend renting a car to enhance your experience and give you the freedom to explore the island at your own pace. While there are other transportation options available, such as the Kauai Bus, it's important to note that the bus service may not run as frequently as you might expect.



Having a rental car allows you to easily access all the incredible sights and attractions that Kauai has to offer. From the stunning Na Pali Coast to the breathtaking Waimea Canyon, having your own transportation gives you the flexibility to visit these iconic locations on your own schedule.

Outstanding Stay in Beautiful Kōloa!

We’ve visiting Kauai for over dozen years. We had an absolutely wonderful time at this property in Kōloa! The home was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation.The location was perfect - just minutes from stunning beaches and great restaurants, with easy access to all the south shore attractions.Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing excellent local recommendations that made our trip even more special.The property featured beautiful views, a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and fantastic outdoor space for relaxing after days of exploring.We especially loved spending evenings on the lanai and starting each morning with coffee overlooking the golf course. This property exceeded our expectations and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat while visiting the beautiful south shore of Kauai! Too bad they’re booked for the December Holidays. Thank you for a memorable stay!

Beautiful property

My family and I loved our stay here. It was a beautiful spot in a great house. The kitchen was stocked well. The icemaker didnt work but the mgmt company was quick to respond and fix it. Bedrooms were comfortable. We all wished there was a little more towels/bath mats and linens available. Our main gripe, the outdoor patio table has got to go. It is metal so has fully rusted outside, with rust flakes everywhere and horribly dirty seat cushions. Its the only reason I rate this trip a 4.

Kolepa Kai, Kuaui

Very nice property, clean, lots of space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. The bedrooms each had A/C which worked well, which was great since the house tended to heat up by evening, but no issue falling asleep in cooler temps because of the A/C. Beds were comfortable. The check-in procedure was very easy (emails and texts sent to me a couple of days before had the door lock code, things to do in the area, info about the house, etc.). I even got a reminder text about putting garbage out and taking the bins back in on garbage day. About 1 mile to Poipu Shopping Village, so near shopping/restaurants (and even walkable)If there was any negative issue with the house, it's that there is a lot of construction for new condos nearby and a new house in the next lot. When we were there, there wasn't any construction noise or anything like that, but during the nice evenings if you wanted to take a walk in the neighborhood, a lot of it was under construction. But this was the only issue, and ultimately not a big deal. Overall a great stay and we would certainly stay here again.
