Great stay, Great Location, Wonderful Host!

The property was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Lucinda was wonderful to work with, and even helped us out during a tsunami warning that happened during our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Highest point was swift and polite communication with the host. Prompt in answering questions. The property was exceptionally clean. Parking was clear and easy. Air conditioning and fans were in excellent working order. Kitchen fully stocked with everything you would need. Beach supplies including chairs, an umbrella and a pull-wagon were very useful.

Excellent host! Condo was clean and fully equipped for cooking. The mini splits cooled rooms quickly. Appreciated the beach wagon and paved path to the beach. Supplied detergent so we could wash towels. Expectations were clear and communicated. Happy to follow to keep the place is good shape. Very responsive and helpful.

The unit was ideal for us. We have been making yearly trips to Kauai and this unit hit every mark. Good location and easy to get to the beach and restaurants, plus the handicap accessibility was really good for my wife. The unit is clean and everything works, plenty of dishes and things. The A/C was also very nice to have. The host was very helpful and super responsive to any questions we had. We will rent it again.

Bigger groups will run out of hot water very quickly and the internet is terrible- to the point that the TV never connected. Clean, great location, comfy beds. Overall a great property!!

The property was fantastic. It is so hard to find a place that can comfortably sleep six that consists of something more than a sofa bed. Family slept great! The eating and living space was terrifically accommodating for family gathering/games. The location in Poipu is great and makes getting around easy.Lucinda is so responsive and went out of her way to help us make changes in our scheduling (we wanted to add days to our stay!)We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Kauai!

Our Hawaiian Paradise

This property was perfect for our family!Clean, roomy. Beds were very comfortable! Kitchen a great size to prepare meals-stocked well with what we needed! Loved the air conditioner, TV, swimming pool, dining room table and stools! Little porch with chairs! Could get to the beach quickly! The price was reasonable! Would love to come and stay with you again!

Perfect stay in Poi’pu

This condo was the perfect place for our family of 5. It is a short 10 minute walk to the beach, which was ideal for boogie boarding and for my 2 children to play in. There are plenty of restaurants close by as well. The condo itself had everything we needed and was easy to find. There are beach towels, beach toys, beach chairs and a wagon to carry it down to the beach. Lucinda was a great host and was always quick to respond to any questions we had. We will definitely stay again!

The property is spacious, clean, and well maintained. It was as advertized. The unit is well equipped for cooking on site as well as doing laundry.It had all of our must haves, AC in the bedrooms and main living area, a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and two full bathrooms. Additionally, each bedroom and the living room had their own lanai.The unit was phenomenal, even my partner's notoriously picky parents were impressed.The location is brilliant. It is a 10 min walk from Poipu beach via a walking path behind the property.It served as a great base of operations for us. The older family members could remain at the property while the younger members ventured out during the day.
