The Space:
This spacious, fully equipped apartment can accommodate 6 people. The area of 56,5 m² is divided into a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette, two bedrooms: with a double bed and a pull-out bed (2 single beds) and a bathroom with a shower. A balcony with garden furniture adds to the holiday aura - the perfect place for morning coffee or long conversations on warm summer evenings. The apartment's decor impresses with its modernity and attention to every detail - from decorative elements to charming furnishing details. Functionality is also matched by aesthetics, while comfortable furniture and comprehensive kitchen, bathroom and multimedia equipment ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay. For a good start to a pleasant stay, we provide our guests with complimentary toiletries, towels and bedding. In addition, parents traveling with a child can reserve a crib and highchair for their little one for a fee.

The Neighborhood:
The apartment is located in Kolobrzeg, in the new estate ''Four Seasons''. Located in a quiet area surrounded by beautiful greenery, it provides a peaceful rest away from the tourist hustle and bustle. At the same time, the property has easy access to the city center and the beautiful beach. The estate is closed and fenced, which provides a sense of security. On its territory there are parking spaces, a sports field for basketball and a playground, making this apartment an ideal choice for families with children! Koszalińska Street, which is one of the most important streets in Kolobrzeg, provides the investment's connection with neighboring neighborhoods, and thus access to the metropolitan infrastructure, as well as a developed tourist infrastructure. At a distance of 2-3 km to the west, in the New Town, there are numerous grocery stores, service outlets and catering establishments that will help to satisfy all holiday needs. The beautiful Baltic Sea is only 1.5 km from the estate, and the road to it leads through the Eastern Ecopark, providing contact with nature. Cycling enthusiasts will be pleased with the bike path running near the estate along the sea from Kolobrzeg to Podczela.
