A modernly furnished, spacious holiday home in the suburbs of Kołobrzeg, in a quiet environment, on a fenced property. Only approx. 2.5 km from the beautiful sandy beach. A perfect place for an idyllic, carefree holiday. A delicious, self-prepared breakfast can be enjoyed in the spacious dining room or on the sunny terrace. 2 balconies and a well-kept garden invite you to relax, for example with a glass of wine. On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with TV (German and Polish programs) combined with a very well-equipped kitchen. There are 4 separate bedrooms upstairs. There are 2 bathrooms (one with a bathtub). There is a washing machine. For toddlers there is a cot, a feeding chair and a bathtub (prior notification required). Central heating. Kołobrzeg is not only a popular seaside resort, but also a health resort with natural brine springs and healing peat bogs. The six-kilometer-long sandy beach delights guests every year, and numerous restaurants and cafes in the center, in the old town, along the promenade, are always conducive to fun and relaxation. The riches of Kołobrzeg are, above all, numerous monuments, a wide, renovated beach, peloid (deposits of therapeutic peat), brine and natural mineral water. The biggest attraction of the Kolobrzeg health resort is undoubtedly the wide, sandy seaside beach. In addition, there are many walking routes in the seaside park, along the seaside promenade, along the historic pier, in the old town. It is worth visiting the local lighthouse, visiting the oceanarium, seaport and cathedral. Attractions in the neighborhood: for families with children, we recommend going to the Pomerania Fun Park. It is a year-round park located in the village of Dygowo (about 15 km from Kołobrzeg). It offers numerous carousels and trampolines. There is a Viking village, a petting zoo and much more. In Kołobrzeg, it is also worth going to an Indian village, where you can get to know the regions of the cultures of the indigenous people of North America. Within 3 km from the apartment complex there is a marina where you can rent water sports equipment, as well as the Milenium sports complex with an indoor swimming pool with attractions and tennis courts. There is also a canoe rental on the bank of the river (Parseta). The R-10 international bicycle route runs through the resort, making it easy and pleasant to visit the neighboring towns by bike: Grzybowo, Dzwirzyno, Sianozety, Ustronie Morskie.
