This fully equipped apartment with a balcony can accommodate up to 4 people – a convenient solution for a family vacation or a trip with friends! It consists of a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower and a hallway and a spacious walk-in closet. The modern decor with a minimalistic gray and white color palette creates a very elegant atmosphere. It is also extremely cozy and homely, so the highest standard and comfort of your stay is guaranteed! The property is comprehensively equipped: there is a free Wi-Fi connection and TV, as well as kitchen and bathroom appliances. In addition, the apartment comes with a private furnished balcony, where you can relax and enjoy your morning cup of tea or coffee on a summer morning. Guests can use the private outdoors parking (space no. 15).

The Neighborhood:

This modern and luxurious one-bedroom apartment is located within the Polanki Aqua estate, on Wydmowa Street in Kołobrzeg. The complex offers a panoramic terrace and an indoor swimming pool with an open pavilion that functions as a pool bar. (to enter the pool area, or terrace, you need to have a magnetic wristband/watch – there are 4 in the apartment). A children's playroom and a restaurant with a terrace are also available. Guests can also take relax in the SPA zone or workout in the fitness room. Admission to these facilities is free for our guests. The building is located just 600 meters from the beautiful, sandy West Beach. You can also find bicycle rentals in the area. The apartment is just over 3 km from the Oceanarium and less than 4 km from the Lighthouse and the Kołobrzeg Pier. By the outdoor pool is located an attractively arranged pool bar open daily from 10 am to 10 pm, so visitors can have a nice time in between swimming.
