La maison est bien placée : près de l’aéroport, de la ville de Cavtat (lieu très sympa avec un magnifique coucher de soleil), de la frontière du Monténégro, à 30 minutes de Dubrovnik. Des petites supérettes sont à quelques minutes en voiture. Le lieu est très calme. Le propriétaire est très gentil, merci pour ces petites attentions. L’intérieur de la maison est correct. La climatisation est assez bruyante et n’est pas très performante, l’air frais peine à rejoindre les chambres où il fait chaud (des ventilateurs ou plafonniers ventilateurs seraient un plus). Il y a constamment une odeur désagréable d’égout dans la salle de bains.Il manque quelques équipements dans la cuisine (ciseaux, décapsuleur, grille pain).La piscine est sympa. Cependant, il n’y a pas de terrasse et il n’y a qu’un seul transat. Le rapport qualité prix reste quand même bon dans l’ensemble.
