Fantastic property & experience

Villa Mateo was absolutely fantastic. We wondered if it could live up to the photos & description advertised, but it was even better. The host met us to orient us to the accommodation; she & family were extremely friendly & helpful. The apartment was spacious, immaculate, well-equipped & beautifully appointed. Internet was reliable, TV good, kitchen great for cooking at home. We are a retired couple, so didn't make full use of all the amenities - pool, hot tub, sauna, game room - but families & small mixed groups would love those as extras. The view was fantastic, the area gorgeous with citrus groves, olive orchards, lots of flowers & gardens. A small Pemo market is a half-hour walk or few minutes' drive away, the lovely fishing village of Molunat about a twenty minute drive with great hiking along the Adriatic. We travel 6 months every year, all over the world, and have stayed in a variety of places. Villa Mateo ranks among our very best. Thank you for such a great experience.

So much fun!

This place was lots of fun for our family! We enjoyed the games area with pool table, darts, basketball, etc. as well as the hot tub and sauna. In the summer, the pool would be amazing. The views were spectacular and we watched the sun set over the water every night. Stanka and her husband were wonderful hosts - available for any questions but we also felt like we had complete privacy. We rented a car and it was necessary to get around. This was a wonderful place to stay.

Family vacation to Dubrovnik

Large, clean and well appointed property with many amenities (pool, hot tub, sauna, outdoor kitchen, ping pong, soccer court). Stanka and Nikesh were wonderful & responsive hosts. It is good 45 min drive from Dubrovnik in a small isolated village, right next to great local vineyard. Overall, a wonderful location to get away from crowds and relax.

Wonderful apartment in the mountains of Croatia.

Extremely nice, luxury 3 bedroom apartment far off the beaten track in the mountains of Croatia, near the border of Montenegro. Incredible facilities with access to pool, jacuzzi, sauna, pool table, football area and more. Large property that had apartments above and below, but we never saw, or heard from the people living there. It felt like we had it all to ourselves. Awesome host that was very nice and made us feel extremely welcome. Would highly recommend staying at this property.

Tolle Lage, tolles Objekt und klasse Vermieter

Absolut zu empfehlen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht. Besonderes gut hat uns die Terrasse gefallen, auf der die letzten Sonnenstrahlen der Abendsonne genossen werden können. Die Vermieter sind sehr umsichtig und fragen regelmäßig nach den Wünschen der Gäste. Sie wohnen mit im Haus, halten sich dabei aber sehr dezent im Hintergrund. Vom Objekt aus erreicht man sehr schnell Montenegro, Bosnien, schöne Strände und gute Gaststätten. Volle Punktzahl!

Très bonnes vacances à La Villa Matteo

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances dans cette maison. La vue était très belle et reposante, peu de bruits. À notre arrivée il y avait un peu de poussière sous les fenêtres, tout n'était pas nickel. Malgré ça, la maison est bien équipée, il y a tout pour passer de bonnes vacances.

Superbe maison

La maison est très très bien équipée. L'hôtesse est très accueillante, tout est fait pour que les vacanciers s'y sentent bien . La maison est perchée sur une colline, on y voit la mer . C'est un endroit très calme et reposant . Je vous recommande cette location !
