This beautifully decorated stone villa has a location that ticks virtually every box – sea views, mountains, forests, gardens and only a short drive from magical medevial town of Dubrovnik. Villa is set within spacious grounds surrounded by pure nature in beautiful part of the Cavtat countryside a five-minute drive to a pretty pebbled stone shore and calm crystal-clear waters. Absolutely privacy and connection with nature offers guests a peaceful and quiet setting to enjoy a relaxing break. This traditional gem is charmingly furnished, elegantly reflecting the traditional houses of the region with bright and cozy interiors. It consists of two floors connected by an internal staircase. The ground floor consists of an open-plan living area, with an expansive living and dining room adjoining the kitchen equipped with all necessary appliances. A cozy bedroom and brand new bathroom as well. Upstairs are two bedrooms equally as beautiful and additional bathroom. Both bedrooms have an exit to a spacious , sleek terrace with hanging hammocks making it a perfect cozy nook for reading a book in the sunshine enjoying a partial view of the sea.
The outdoor area will transport you straight into the holiday mood, with a wide private stone terrace overlooking the breath-taking Dalmatian landscape. The dazzling swimming pool takes centre stage, perfect for morning swims in the warm Croatian heat. Designed with relaxation in mind, sit back on a poolside sun lounger or sink into outdoor wood sofa on the for some real comfort. The outside kitchen with BBQ is all about its tranquillity, perfect for family dinners at sunset. On the pool level you can find relaxing room made in the rock for a more beautiful experience and one more bathroom as well. Outside area is connected with a charming wooden functional paths. The stairs lead you to a beautiful terrace featuring a private jacuzzi and sauna— the perfect spot for romantic moments under the stars. From here, you can enjoy a breathtaking panoramic view that stretches across the entire landscape, creating an unforgettable atmosphere of relaxation and intimacy. On the same level, you can find an additional indoor space with small gym. There are even some extra luxuries entended for younger population as PlayStation,darts and table tennis.
We're doing milk, cheese as well as organic vegetable cultivation so you can taste a pure and intact nature. We are inviting you to ride our horses they are a big chunk of what makes vacation in Villa Tea a special family-friendly stay.

We really recommend a boat ride so you can enjoy and really feel the beauty of our coast much as possible.(extra fee)

In center of Cavtat you can find water taksi to Dubrovnik as well.
There is public bus line to Dubrovnik and back and its driving 3times at day.
