I do not recommend this resort! We walked into our room and immediately saw that the room was not as it was advertised, which did not bother us as we had a long day of travelling and just wanted to sleep. As we got into bed we noticed our sheets where covered in little hairs (vomit emoji) and could tell immediately that this room had not been cleaned. We told the staff immediately and asked to get our room cleaned, the lady told us they are extremely busy and this couldn’t be done !!!! We explained we could wait and that we would be back after dinner. 3hours later we walk back into our room and nothing had been done. There was no language barrier to say that they where confused as we both speak English and Greek. I was honestly disgusted! The bathroom was absolutely filthy! I do not recommend!

Good staff, clean enough, but no entertainment despite me asking the hotel 10 days before booking and being told that their full entertainment started in a week - all we wanted was a biit of pool volleyball, etc. in daytime for our teenager. Drinks in paper cups that you can;t even see colour of drink even at noght. Nice home cooked food, but 3* quality as poorer cuts of meat used and no fresh seafood, just bland white fish or small tinned/frozen mussels, or cuttlefish stew. Not 4* food, but 3* and drinks with no glasses even at night, nore 2*!

Stayed during the COVID period. Hotel was brilliant. Staff were amazing and couldn’t be more helpful and nice. Receptionist was so helpful and kind. Bar staff were great and always made sure we were happy. Animation team was great made sure we were always having fun. Food was fantastic plenty of choice. Was always made feel safe with all the safety measures in place.

Best place
Went to this hotel with my partner for both our 21st birthdays. The place is amazing. Staff are so attentive and you can have a good laugh with them too. The rooms are spotless, cleaned and maintained well. Beds are comfy and a good night sleep is always had. Lovely pool area and private beach. I feel there could have been more choice of food to tailor to different people. Over all loved the place and would return. If you are staying in this hotel you must go to the dolphin bay bare which is literally 2 minutes walk if that. Lovely bar over looking the sea, another private beach area, aswell as some amazing food and the best mojitos on the island. Check Ammos Resort’s Own website to see a clearer view of what’s included for all inclusive as I didn’t realise they did ice cream all day as well as other snack points at the pool bar.

We stayed at the Ammos resort at the end of our island hopping holiday. It was nice to relax in the spacious lounge areas and have all meals in the well laid out dining room. .The staff were very accommodating and very polite.

Away from it all. Quite literally.
The staff were really helpful and worked very hard, but the restaurant could have done with more individuals to clear tables as we often had to wait for a table and then rush our food to comply with the opening hours. I wasn't impressed with the sun loungers poolside, as they are hard plastic rattan without any cushioning. Not ideal for poolside lounging at its best, and of the three hotels we stayed in on the island, this was the only one with four stars and it had the worst loungers and the most repetitive food choices. I was astonished to be offered fish fingers and baked beans as an evening meal fish option. There was one other fish dish, a repeat from two nights earlier, so as there were not many children in the resort, I just think the chef was running out of ideas. Many Russian and German visitors to this hotel. The beach is quite small and it is a two mile walk into Mastichari centre and the hotel site itself is on a steep slope down the the beach so limited if you have any disablities as many steps to conquer and a bit of a climb. Overall it was just a bit vanilla. 4 nights was more than enough.
