Comfortable studio close to city center

This Apartment had all the basics for an extended stay in a nice environment,close to town and a convenient mini mart.Well maintained helpful owner.Good choice.

A good place to stay away from the crowds in kos

Really good experience, clean, well managed and in a beautiful location looking into the mountains and views over Kos town. The walk down the lane into town took ten minutes and the countryside was an eye opener. The Roman remains are on your doorstep, Ancient Agora and the Roman Amphitheater, and much more. There is a Taverna just over the lane from the apartment. We had no problem finding the harbour with boats to Bodrum, the local bus station and the old square all within ten minutes walk . The rooms and gardens are very clean and well kept. We used the local transport and visited all the attractions by bus or by boat within ten minutes from the apartments

The best there is

Very nice! The staff was so kind. The room was great value for money. The neighborhood was peaceful but still close enough to the city. We spent a lot of time in the great hotel terrace and in the garden. I think I couldn't find a better hotel for me.

Utmärkt hotel med vacker utsikt

Ett bra lägenhetshotell beläget nära centrum. Med min scoter når jag både berg och bad. Det är mycket enkelt att promenera ner till torget på kvällen och titta på allt som händer där samt besöka saluhallen. Så småningom är det tid för mat. Det finns gott om små tavernor, som aldrig ligger längre bort än en promenad på 20 min bort.

Hübsche Anlage am Stadtrand von Kos

Das nette Personal hat meinen Aufenthalt ohne Probleme verlegt, weil ich mich am Fuß verletzt hatte. Sehr hübsches helles Studio mit Balkons nach beiden Seiten. Achtung : expedia schreibt bei der Ausstattung nicht, daß der Pool nicht beim Hotel ist. Erst wenn man nochmal auf den LINK " gesamte Ausstattung " geht, steht ein Satz darüber drin !!! Das habe ich nicht in Ordnung gefunden !!! Der Pool ist aber nur ein paarhundert m entfernt. Ebenso, das " jeden Tag Zimmerreinigung " drinstand, diese aber am Sonntag ausfiel. Dafür habe ich extra Wasser vom Hotel bekommen. Ansonsten war alles in Ordnung. Ich habe mich dort sehr wohlgefühlt. Zu Fuß ist es ca. 15 Minuten vom Zentrum entfernt.

Utmärkt boende

Utmärkt lägenhetshotell med bra placering straxt utanför centrum i Kos stad. Läget fordrar cyckel eller skoter för att ta sig till stranden eller större supermarket. Rummen är rymliga. Täta byten av handdukar och sänglinne. Den omkringliggande trädgården är välskött och fint upplyst på kvällen. Gångavstånd till olika tavernor i stan. Hjälpsam och vänlig personal.

Nice apartment just outside kos town. close enough to reach the city but not to crowded and loud like some other central hotels. I would recommend a rental car / bike / scooter to get groceries and reach the city and other placer faster.

Appartamento in posizione ottimale

L'appartamento è in zona tranquilla, ma vicina al centro e a tutti i trasporti e servizi. Bellissimo il giardino. Le dotazioni sono essenziali, ma non manca nulla. Il bagno potrebbe essere migliorato. Io mi sono trovata molto bene, a parte il fatto che bisogna arrangiarsi per raggiungere l'aeroporto, perché il personale non si occupa dei trasferimenti. Lo consiglierei sicuramente.

Mooie ligging, comfortabel en prijsgunstig!

Het appartementencomplex ligt helemaal vrij met enorm mooi uitzicht op een prachtige groene omgeving (behalve in het na-seizoen) en naast de restanten van een oud Grieks badhuis. Ontbijten kan je heerlijk op je eigen terrasje genietend van een briesje wind omdat het appartement vrij en hoger dan de omgeving ligt en daarna ben je binnen een paar minuten op een gehuurde fiets (een absolute aanrader..... anders lopend in 10 minuten) in het centrum van het mooie stadje met zijn vele kleurrijke winkeltjes, bars/restaurants, bezienswaardigheden en mooie blauwe baai. Direct tegenover het complex is een traditioneel Grieks restaurant waar tot diep in de nacht heerlijk gegeten kan worden vooral als je de drukte van de stad wilt ontlopen. Ook al geven de eerste indrukken niet aan dat de ligging van het complex zo centraal ligt... rust wanneer je het wilt en drukt binnen een paar minuten.... kortom een absolute aanrader!
