Appartement proche de la plage

Appartement familial très bien. La chambre est séparée de la cuisine. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut: micro-ondes, grille-pain mais une seule plaque de cuisson. Le ménage est fait tous les jours et le linge est changé. La piscine est grande. La plage de sable est de l’autre côté de la route. À recommander sans problème

Weniger die Unterkunft als viel mehr die Handhabung auf der Seite von Expedia über Informationen schlecht. Man kann sehr wohl auch in Bar in der Unterkunft bezahlen. Generell ist die Insel nur für Touristen ausgelegt. Nur Shops mit dem immergleichen Dingen.

einfacher check in.nettes personal,toilette war nicht sauber. einfache zweckmäßige ausstattung ,teilrenoviert,fernseher vorhanden aber kaum empfang .steckdosen,fernseher,spüle und einige andere details sollten verbessert werden.als griechenland liebhaber kennen wir das zwar aber es gibt s auch anders. sehr gut waren täglicher handtuchwechsel,bettzeug wechsel,parkplatz angebot.insgesamt ehernote ausreichend .kann man buchen aber es gibt besseres.

Très agréable sejour

Juste un petit bémol en arrivant car la réservation n'avait pas été transmise apparemment ! Le personnel n'était pas au courant de mon arrivée mais cela s'est assez rapidement résolu. Après que du bon. Appartement très propre. Lit et ménage fait tous les jours très efficacement. Literie au top (qualité du matelas et dimensions (160 !) Chambre très grande avec une clim fonctionnant très bien. Balcon donnant sur la piscine et la mer. Très calme et piscine très agréable. Personnel adorable (comme souvent en Grèce). Juste un bémol également sur la télé (seulement 3-4 chaînes grecques et de très mauvaise qualité). Mais sinon très agréable séjour juste en face de la plage, coucher de soleil magnifique. Et proche de tigaki. Le top pour se ressourcer !

Wir hatten Meerblick gebucht. Stattdessen haben wir ein Souterrain-Appartment bekommen. Auf Nachfrage wurde auf den "Chef" in Athen hingewiesen. Ein Zimmer mit Meerblick konnten wir kurz sehen und es wurde uns versprochen, zu versuchen, dass wir eines dieser Zimmer bekommen. Leider ist nichts passiert. Zumindest optisch sagen diese Zimmer besser aus. Man hat versucht, uns das Apartment, weil größer. als Vorteil anzupreisen. Aber: die Möbel des Appartments und der allgemeine Zustand war sehr abgenutzt. Es roch ständig sehr muffig. Wohlfühlen war hier nicht möglich.

Quiet spacious room by the sea.

We stayed here for 4 nights Monday to Friday and found it perfect for our short stay in Tigaki. There was a slight delay when we came to check in and seemed confusion about our booking but that was quickly sorted and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room itself was very spacious and plenty of room for 2 people. The bed was very comfortable and very big! The balcony overlooked a garden area, the pool and we could see the sea which was lovely. There were kitchen facilities in the room which we didn’t use apart from the fridge, but would be useful perhaps if we stayed longer. The room was cleaned daily food and drinks were served by the pool but we only bought a beer there once as we were usually out and about. It was very quiet and peaceful and would certainly stay here again and recommend to others.

Отличные апартаменты!

Апартаменты состоят из двух двухэтажных корпусов по 8 номеров. Территория небольшая, но очень ухоженная и чистая. Бассейн отличный, людей у бассейна практически нет. До моря очень близко, но нужно перейти через дорогу и там дикий пляж без лежаков. Если пройти вдоль моря влево через 200 метров начинаются оборудованные пляжи. Хозяева апартаментов очень дружелюбные и всегда готовы помочь. Убирались каждый день, смена полотенец и белья регулярно. У нас были апартаменты на 4-х, места всем хватило, очень удобные кровати и подушки. Кухня хорошо оборудована, готовили сами каждый день. В целом апартаменты очень понравились, тихо, спокойно и уютно! Спасибо большое хозяевам!

Well stayed here for a week beginning of October and it was advertised as having Snack bar ... when we asked was told well she doesn’t come when quiet and season over !! Which meant if we wanted something had to have a 10 minute walk in to Town. The room was very clean and pool area very nice except it could do with some screens as other hotels have done to shade from the wind as we couldn’t sunbathe as it was so windy and there isn’t any screen to help and get out of the wind otherwise it is a lovely pool area.

Kommen gerne wieder

Die Unterkunft ist ca.15min zu Fuss vom Dorf entfernt. Sehr ruhige lage, und man konnte sogar das Meer rauschen hören. An Küchen Ausstattung hatte es knapp das Nötigste, reichte aber da wir stehts sehr gut in Tavernen Assen. Einzige negative wahr der TV, hatte nur 3 Sender.

Having arrived late (10:45pm) we found ourselves left on the door step in the dark with no staff to welcome us or report to. Luckily there was a lovely friendly couple sitting having a quiet drink on their balcony who had a contact telephone number for us to try. We managed to speak to someone who said they would come to the hotel to see us, they arrived 10 minutes later and seemed surprised to see us. Having handed over the Expedia paper work and a few conversations between themselves they informed us that they were in fact fully booked and couldn't understand how we had managed to book the room. we had booked the room 2 weeks before arriving and Expedia were still showing availability up to the week before we arrived. They told us not to worry as we could stay next door as it was part of the same place. So not having much choice we went next door and this was clearly not to the same standard as we had paid for even though it was spotlessly clean it was very basic. We stated that we would not be prepared to stay in the accommodation for the full week at the price that we had paid, they seemed surprised at our reaction and after another phone call to the manager they told us again not to worry and to see them for breakfast and sort it out then. We met them as planned for breakfast to be told that our room would be available at 2pm. We went back next door to be questioned by the owner of the property and it was clear that they were not part of the same place!

Chilled out and easy going place. 2nd time there. We like the fact that sitting around the pool you get the view and sea breezes from the quiet part of the beach opposite and without getting sandy. Lovely, friendly hosts that manage the apartments and pool. Clean towels and room cleaned daily. Nearest supermarket about 10mins walk. Breakfast costs €6 pppd. Fantastic for a family holiday

My son and I stayed for 17 days at Jonathan Studio Apartments and had one of the best holidays ever. The hotel staff was far the best we have ever met, polite, friendly but not intrusive. Tigaki is a great village for a family holiday perfectly placed on Kos island so that various excursions and trips are easily organised. Although being quite active over those 17 days we haven't visited everything we wanted so another trip to Kos is a possibility.

Perfect located small appartment complex

We stayed at Jonathans for 8 days. it is perfectly located at the beach (we had a room with sea/pool/garden view) It is a small complex which makes it all the better, always room at the pool and during day and night you can enjoy the peacefull sounds of the ocean and also all the birds in the trees. Minas and Katerina were perfect hosts, you can ask them anything. Rooms were cleaned every day, dishes were done, towels refreshed etc. Highly recommended!

4 dias estupendos en Kos, para repetir.

Estancia muy agradable por el sitio como por el entorno asi como por todo el personal y dueño de los apartamentos. El centro a 15 minutos andando, inprescindible hacer un alto en las hamacas del King Size, son gratis si consumes y una copita a la noche de vuelta.El dueño tambien es muy agradable.

Se trata de un bloque de apartamentos a10 minutos andando de una de las puertas de la ciudad. Tiene una pequeña playa con aguas transparentes y muy tranquila tb a 10minutos. Los apartamentos son básicos, en el estilo propio de las islas griegas con baño reformado. Pequeña piscina. Aconsejaría poner colchonetas a las hamacas de madera de la piscina y una cortinas nuevas, por lo demás perfecto. La chica de recepción encantadora. Tb la señora de la limpieza
