The fully equipped kitchen opens directly from this area and includes an oven, a dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. Both the living area and the kitchen offer direct access to the terrace, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living. A shower room with bidet and WC completes the ground floor facilities.

The upper floor is accessed via a spiral staircase and hosts all 3 bedrooms.
