Ideal location for shopping and 👍👍👍👍👍. Room is extremely small, not enough towel, no shampoo, tooth brash nor hair 👎👎👎👎👎. Have electric kettle. 👍Basically, it cannot be graded as a hotel.

It's convenient location, near Suria Sabah and Jessleton. The only problem is the fat man in the front desk doesn't know what he is doing. Other than that, ask the other staff after 11 AM for advice, they are more understanding.

It can be improve.

The location is top notch, I only wish if they consistent water supply tho...I was left without running water and left the toilet unflush when I check out. And booking from Hotels.com charges me RM1xx per night. And the walk in rate for the hotel is only RM93.00 per night... Overall...it was ok...minus the bloodstain on the bed.

The room i stayed not only had a weird odor. Bathroom sink and shower water leaked to floor caused flooding inside the bathroom. I was also nearly stranded inside the lift while lift just suddenly stopped and lights went off too and there wasn’t even an emergency light to see! The receptionists Ms Lina was nice to relocate me to a different room the following evening.

Basic, you get what you pay for

Basic room with basic facilities, If you are just looking for a room to sleep then it's fine for a night or 2. Electrical plugs didnt work well. Reception refused to give us a second room key. towels were threadbare. Water in the shower stall flowed very slowly. Aircorn took a while to get up and cool room down.

Close to many banks and shopping centers/stores.

The room was as expected. The wash basin tap was leaking but it did not bother me too much. The downside was the noise from outside in late nights that made me hard to fall asleep even with the noise-cancellation curtain. But it was acceptable as I originally chose the hotel due to its strategic location near cafes/restaurants. I appreciate the housekeeping and the staffs were friendly and efficient too. The hotel got a lift too.

Small stuffy room. Door's lock not was broken and functioning. Dim lighting. Sticky, old torn bed sheet. Smelly toilet's bowl due to low water pressure.
