Old Hotel with much to improve. For example, carpets everywhere are stained and frankly disgusting and displeasing, especially in the rooms themselves. The wallpaper held a hoard of dust and the headboards of the beds where disgustingly stained too. The pillows smelt so strongly of hair grease and were so gross.

Fantastic stay we had the best sunset views over the bay the staff were all extremely friendly and efficient. We are coming back in a couple if days after we go to sandakan. Highly recommend this hotel the markets and restaurants all close

This hotel is one of the best if not, the best that we've stayed in when vacationing in KK. Except for the water problems that KK is experiencing currently, it didn't stop the hotel from giving the best services.

Great hotel. Staff friendly & helpful. Club room benefits were good value with snacks throughout the day and ample food choices, including alcoholic beverages, in the evenings. Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The overall cleanliness left much to be desired—especially in the common areas, the sauna, and around the pool, which were not well maintained. The breakfast was another letdown: the quality was poor, and there were very few options to choose from. Due to these issues, we decided to cancel the remainder of our stay and requested a refund. The only positive aspect of our experience was the staff, who were very friendly and tried their best to be helpful despite the circumstances. I would not recommend this hotel until significant improvements are made.

Loved this hotel. It’s showing its age a bit but we loved our huge sea view rooms with great floor to ceiling windows overlooking the waterfront. Lovely pool area and rooftop bar. Great breakfast. All of the staff were well trained and very helpful.
