Nice flat in a beautiful surrounding

The flat is spacious and well equipped. It has a large balcony with a big dining table and comfortable chairs as well as sun loungers. From the balcony (on 1st floor) you have a view over the beautiful pool area and can just see the sea glittering in the distance. It is a lovely spot!

Great property for a relaxing holiday.

The property is in a good location with easy access to the communal pool and the Village Square. It is very clean and has everything needed for self catering. There are two bathrooms which is also very helpful. The only minor issues we had was that the safe didn’t work and the wardrobe design in the main bedroom means that there is no way of hanging clothes without using a step ladder. There was great communication with the owner who is very prompt at answering any messages. Highly recommended property for a relaxing holiday.

BC12 Apartment

Visited Aphrodite Hills at the end of September 22. We arrived after dark so had difficulty in finding both the apartment and the allotted parking space. On arrival it became apparent that the apartment had only been partially cleaned. Thankfully the beds were clean so we were able to manage until the following day. There had been a mix up between the owner and the management company over our arrival date but this was rectified with apologies and a bottle of wine. The apartment itself is well equipped and secure. We had a problem getting the air con going and also had issues with the tv. The owner was quick to respond to our queries though so not an issue. More descriptive instructions on how to use everything would be useful. We enjoyed the large balcony overlooking the pool which had the sun all day. The pool was clean and well kept as are the grounds around the entire complex. We visited the Italian restaurant and the pub for meals which were both excellent. We also made use of the supermarket and costa which were all about a 15 minute stroll from the apartment. A car is a must if you want to get out and about. All in all a very enjoyable stay and we would love to come back in the future.

Nice apartment

I liked the apartment very much although the walk to the pool was much better is some of the other apartments in the block. There were a few things that make me drop a couple of stars and these are (in order of importance): 1. The aircon is on a timer. This means that after a couple of hours it turns off. This is OK during the day but if it is very hot the nights are very sweaty and you have to turn it back on 3+ times in the night to get a good nights sleep. 2. There is only one key. We were constantly having to manage who had the key and this was very annoying at night when our kids wanted to stay out later than us. 3. The beds are very hard. We all returned with bad backs. 4. The aircon is under powered, especially in the living room. On a hot day, even at full power it was unable to cool the room. I think it is old or needs servicing. Those things asside the flat is very pleasant but we saw others on the complex without the above problems.

Beautiful apartment

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Aphrodite Hills. The apartment was spotlessly clean, well furnished and had everything you could need. The pool was lovely and there was no mad rush for sunloungers every day which was a big bonus! The location was great - only a 5 minute walk to the shops and restaurants. Henderson was a very helpful and polite host who couldn't do enough for us. If we return to Cyprus in the future we wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Wonderful holiday

We stayed at Henderson’s lovely apartment in July. It had everything we needed and it had a fantastic view of the pool from the balcony. The resort itself is fantastic for families. If you want to venture out, it’s well worth hiring a car. We are at Gabriel’s Tavern several times which is situated in the beautiful village of Kouklia and serves great food at a fraction of the price in resort. We also found a lovely sandy beach nearby- at the Antasia Beach Club. The burgers there are delicious! We’re definitely coming back next year!

Fabulous holiday

We had a lovely second visit to this property. It’s in an excellent location, overlooking the largest pool in the village and the balcony gets the sun all day. Great place to relax and soak up the sun. Henderson is a great host, he communicated everything we needed to know and the property manager, Kristia, was on hand to help with a few basic in site questions. A luxury apartment in a beautiful resort. Well located to visit all that Cyprus has to offer. The apartment is very clean, modern and well equipped and its proximity to the pool is a huge bonus. Peaceful Retreat

The experience with Henderson was hassle free! The location of the property is ideal, especially for anyone looking to play golf and take family away. Located in a quiet area of Paphos and elevated so you have amazing views. The apartment is very secure and overlooks the pool. We stayed at Henderson’s apartment in August 2020 and highly recommend it and Theseus Village. Henderson was very helpful and easy to communicate with and gave us lots of information before and at the start of our stay. The apartment gets the sun all day, looks over the main pool and is well equipped. The Village is very well maintained, lovely landscaping and nice and quiet. A short walk to golf, tennis, restaurants etc and our children love the Aphrodite Hills playground. Mel, the lifeguard, was great to talk to and in her words “a walking yellow pages!” Overall we thoroughly recommend the apartment!

A babulous week in Aphrodite Hills

I must say that Henderson’s property was just perfect for our recent holiday to Cyprus! The South facing balcony meant we could soak up the sun all day long (and there was a lot of hot sun, even in October!). The accommodation was modern, bright, spacious, clean and maintained to a high standard, having everything we needed to make our stay most enjoyable. The resort itself is top-notch, having a kind of relaxed atmosphere about it; with the roads, grounds, pools, shops and restaurants all very well maintained (the shops, chemists, medical centre and restaurants are only about a 10-minute walk away). Shop, restaurant, golf and tennis staff are all very welcoming and friendly – and like others have said in their comments, the pool lifeguard, Mel, is a mind of information (and likes to stop for a chat on her rounds 😊). Henderson is a very approachable, friendly host who is obviously very keen to make sure you get the most out of your stay, responding quickly to any questions regarding the property, resort or surrounding areas. The on-site Aphrodite Hills PGA National golf course is just fantastic, as are all the golf facilities and professionals. We have no complaints whatsoever and look forward to staying at Henderson’s place sometime in the future.

Theseus Village Apartment

We had a 2 week break at Aphrodite Hills resort in Cyprus staying at the 2 bedroom apartment BC12 on Theseus Village. Booking through HomeAway we had instant contact with Henderson the owner of the property. He was a tremendous help to us and his feedback was instant on any queries we had. He provided a first class service throughout our stay. The property is ideal for 4 with a stunning balcony view over the pool ideal for evening meals/drinks. The apartment is situated about 10-15 mins (depending on your walking speed) away from the site amenities which include car hire, medical facilities, shops, restaurants and bars suited to all ages. Keep an eye out for Mel the pool lifeguard who has all the information you need on eating, drinking, places to visit a true walking “google”.

A family holiday to remember - July 19

After reading positive reviews that made me select this property I feel I should for sure also leave a review. Everything about this property and location is accurate... there is not a single thing that my wife, children or I would be able to complain about. A perfect location in the complex and also within the village itself. Clean, spacious and with fantastic balcony views. We didn’t pay for the TV which was lovely to have no TV and family time! A nice short walk to the on site restaurants and shops and to the golf course. The course is fantastic and was loved by my son and I who are both very keen golfers. The WiFi code didn’t work and a quick text to the owner saw an immediate response with the correct code... we received messages to advise of mid way cleaning which was great. There is a lady ‘Mel’ who appears around the pool to assist with anything and she was just amazing to all the village guests. A top holiday for us as a family and we will return for sure. I would very strongly recommend this accommodation... you cannot be disappointed.

Fantastic Stay

This is our 2nd visit to Aphrodite Hills and our first stay in this apartment. It is a clean and spacious apartment with a fantastic position overlooking the communal pool. Henderson made the booking and accessing the property easy and we will certainly look forward to booking again in the future. The Apartment is a 10 minute walk from the Aphrodite Hills Village square where there is reasonably priced mini supermarket and restaurants. I would certainly advise to hire a car and explore Paphos, Limassol and the surrounding areas.

Fantastic time and hope to return for a third consecutive year

Just returned from a week in the sunshine and had a great stay in AH once again. The apartment is perfect for a small family such as ours who want a great pool, lovely accommodation and fantastic amenities all within a short walk. The description and photos of the apartment reflect its true nature and what you see is what you get - not to be underestimated! All in all we had a brilliant time, enjoyed our stay as much as last year and will hopefully be booking again in 2019.

Excellent Apartment.

Stayed at the Apartment for a week in August as a family of 2 adults and 2 children. The property occupies a good first floor corner plot overlooking a large communal swimming pool. The property was clean and tidy and well maintained, some parts were showing signs of wear and tear but this is to be expected in my opinion. The WiFi caused a couple of issues as it was very slow and it was not possible to watch tv and have others using the internet at the same time but as we were on holiday it was not a major issue for us. Henderson was polite and helpful and responded to all questions and any problems (internet) quickly. We would like to stay here again and would recommend staying here to others.
