Our family of four stayed here for 8 nights, and we had a lovely stay. The location is simply unbeatable with the MTR station and Star Ferry just steps away. Staff were friendly and the check-in staff (Alina) gave us a slightly larger room knowing that we had young children. The rooms were a bit dated, but were clean and still very much serviceable. I believe there are rooms that were more recently renovated. We never tried the restaurants at the hotel, but there are plenty of options within walking distance. The rooftop pool was nice, although the pool isn't heated and there is no hot tub. There is a self-serve laundromat within a few minutes walking distance to the hotel, which we took advantage. Overall a very enjoyable stay and will be back again!

The hotel has renovations going on. Don’t pay for premium room if you need a work desk and want an interior that’s colour coordinated as it has a very ugly blue carpet. The sauna spa is very tired. Breakfast buffet very expensive. I’ve stayed here over 20 times but not going to again.

The hotel staff are incredibly friendly and efficient. They clean even you put do not disturb sign, as they have to change towels and take garbage everyday. Spotless rooms. Staff try their best to communicate in English, please use simple words
