I was very impressed with every aspect my room had 16th Floor view of the Harbor. I had a wonderful dinner at the Italian restaurant. The breakfast buffet was fabulous. The staff was extremely helpful!

Staff makes us feel at home. Warm, caring especially the bell hops. Wonderful bunch of happy and helpful staff. Some chefs in Cafe Kool needs sprucing up - lacks finesse in dealing with diners. And the accents are diff to understand. Maybe came from remote small towns in China. Needs more training and grooming

Had a great stay. The hotel rooms are a little dated but spotless and the location and service were great. Our view across the harbour was breath taking from the 19th floor was amazing! Horizon Club was good to have.
