⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Super Aufenthalt klare Empfehlung! Unser Aufenthalt war rundum hervorragend. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, der Service durchgehend auf sehr hohem Niveau und das gesamte Team außergewöhnlich freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir haben uns von Anfang an richtig wohlgefühlt. Ein ganz besonderes Lob möchten wir an Thai aussprechen: ein unglaublich herzlicher, hilfsbereiter und professioneller Mitarbeiter, der unseren Aufenthalt nochmals deutlich angenehmer gemacht hat. Wirklich ein wunderbarer Mensch und eine große Bereicherung für das Unternehmen. Kleine Verbesserungspunkte gibt es dennoch: In einem Zimmer mit zwei Personen sollten ausreichend Handtuchhalter vorhanden sein – leider gab es nur einen. Außerdem wäre es sinnvoll, wenn es im Poolbereich Duschen gäbe, damit man sich vor und nach dem Schwimmen kurz abduschen kann. Zusätzlich wirkte das Poolwasser zeitweise etwas milchig und nicht ganz klar. Alles in allem war es jedoch ein super Hotel mit schöner Aussicht, tollem Service und einer sehr angenehmen Atmosphäre. Wir können das Hotel definitiv weiterempfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Das Zimmer sah generell sehr schön aus. Hier und da bereits etwas Dreck oder nicht gut verarbeitete Elemente obwohl das Hotel erst kürzlich eröffnet hat. Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, der Service war gut. Dennoch: Da das Hotel recht neu ist, roch es quasi überall noch nach Farbe, teilweise unerträglich, auch im Zimmer. VOC‘s von den neuen Materialien hielten uns gar eine Nacht quasi vom Schlafen ab, das geht bei einem Hotel dieser Preisklasse einfach gar nicht. Hier hat wohl keine Messung nach Abnahme stattgefunden. Zum Erreichen des Zimmers mussten 3 verschiedene Aufzüge benutzt werden was auch sehr umständlich ist. Wir würden fieses Hotel nicht nochmals buchen.
