The property staff kept on asking more money (700 thb) though the transportation fee had been submitted twice already for the roundtrip shuttle service. Since another shuttle service was requested by me, I gladly submitted another 700 thb though it could've been given freely because they had received the fee originally. They asked for additional 700 thb for the third time for the change of different time of shuservice.

Great place for a holiday at Krabi.
Excellent place with very good service. All staff specially at the reception were very friendly and prompt in helping out. However Wifi was not available at the rooms. Would definitely recommend to others.

Great views and awesome room. The breakfast buffet is so-so but it its free. One of the male staff member was loud and obnoxious. He drove that little shuttle bus like a mad man. All the rest we're fine. The location was a bit of a challenge as there was nothing around but the shuttle alleviated some of that issue.

The mediocre language skills of the staff were below the acquired minimum level. Lack of reactivity with regard to announced issues was not appreciated. The cleanliness of the room is subject to improvement. Lack of toiler paper and towels.

Amazing vacation
My wife and i spent nearly 2 weeks at Poonsiri, and it was amazing. Great place for families and couples who likes to relax. Friendly staff, and the most beautiful surroundings you can imagine.
