Loved this hotel and when we go back to Krakow we will stay here again! I would encourage them to have someone in staff that can help with getting around on the trains. Carolina, Vlad and one other (can’t remember his name) were always friendly and helpful. The daily breakfast was delicious and a definite perk

We loved our rooms in this hotel. The staff was friendly, kind and somewhat helpful. The only problem we had was that they didn’t seem to be familiar with train transportation, with the exception of Vlad who was quick to offer guidance when we were preparing to leave.

Highly recommended

Perfect location over looking the main square and all the restaurants. The hotel was very clean with a brilliant restaurant. The breakfast was very good with many choices. The room was quiet at night. Never saw any beggars or street sellers.

The best hotel we stayed at during our trip to Poland! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything we needed. Breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options to choose from. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and equipped with air conditioning. Wonderful hotel 11/10!! The room was extremely clean, staff were very nice, breakfast was delicious, and the view of the square was amazing! I was worried about potential noise from the square at night, but there are actually two sets of windows so it is pretty quiet!! The room itself had so many little touches that made our stay super comfortable - wine on ice, free soda and juice, robes, slippers. We stayed in a junior suite and recommend it, worth every penny :)

Excellent value and wonderful staff

A beautiful hotel set in an ideal location in the centre of town. Service excellent, food superb and good value for money, well-appointed rooms and very quiet despite the central location. We've already recommended the hotel to friends!
