Brilliant Hotel, local is great. Staff are friendly. The whole hotel is spotless. A drink on arrival was a lovely touch. Nothing is too much trouble. They can arrange everything trip for you and collect you from the airport. Highly recommend

Clean room and very spacious but only heat was from radiator in bathroom, not a problem for us but maybe when it gets colder will be for next guest. Lovely touches to room like bottle of prosecco and stocked fridge with milk, water and juice. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was buffet style and plenty to choose from and also a hot choice of food made to order. Overall we have had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend to anyone considering a main location right on the square.

Lovely hotel, friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, and superb location right on the main square. We used the airport transfer service and it was amazing. Driver was waiting for us at arrivals, very professional and friendly. Same on return journey to airport. Well worth it! The staff were waiting to welcome us when we arrived and took our luggage which was in our rooms when we returned (we arrived early). We had 3 rooms booked, 2 of which were with views onto the square so I would recommend booking the junior suites as it really made it special. The square was so pretty with the snow! Would definitely recommend this hotel 10/10

Betmanowska Review. Before booking, as always, we chose our hotel by review score (9.4 exceptional) and star rating 4**** We chose a Deluxe room with a jetted tub. Firstly, the welcome was very warm, we couldn't fault the reception. We were given room number 309 , on entering the room we were greated by a musty/smoky smell (which you shouldn't have in a non smoking room), also the paintwork and furnishings were tired to say the least ! There were several plug in air fresheners that did little to disguise the smell. Later that evening which turned out to be a particularly cold one , my wife decided to fill the hot tub, as soon as the jets were turned on the water was filled with sediment and detritus, the smell in the room was overwhelming! We had to open the window to clear the air , we didn't use the hot tub, and decided on a shower instead, the shower leaks onto the bathroom floor. We also had a problem with the bed, which was well past it's best ! There were big indents on either side making it impossible to lie together. We travel extensively, and very rarely feel the need to complain. We hope this helps people in their property choices. Please see attached photos. The good points are , very well situated and very friendly helpfully staff. We wouldn't stay at the Betmanowska again, in our opinion, it is at best 3 star and can't understand how it came by a 9.4 review score.
