This fully renovated vacation rental spans 95 square metres across 2 levels, comfortably accommodating up to 4 guests across 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The property was entirely renovated in 2024 and offers a thoughtfully designed interior with a generous distribution of living spaces.

On the ground floor, you will find a bright living and dining room featuring a sofabed measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, a decorative open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, cable TV, and air conditioning. An open kitchen is seamlessly integrated into this space and is equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 2 induction hot plates, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is also located on this level.

On the upper floor, an entrance hall with air conditioning welcomes you before leading to the 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains 2 single beds, each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, along with a cable TV. The second bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, also accompanied by a cable TV. The single bathroom on this floor is a shower room with WC.
