Charming villa with pool and amazing views close to the beach

This chargming villa is located only few miinutes away from the beach, local shops and restaurants. It is a pefect choice for relaxing vacation with you family or friends.

On the first floor of the villa Aqua, there is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, cozy living room with fun area that includes a billiard table and a bathroom. 

Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are located on the second floor of the villa. Two bedrooms have access to a balcony with the stunning  view of the Adriatic Sea. The balcony has furniture for guests to enjoy morning coffee or relax while watching the sunset.

The living space has direct access to the outside of the villa and the 44m2 pool. To make pool fun even more enjoyable, next to it are sun beds, jacuzzi and a summer kitchen with a grill. 

The villa offers free and gated parking space.
