This semi-detached house with a beautiful sea view is located in the small village of Smrika, near the town of Crikvenica. The house is tastefully decorated and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. On the first floor there is a spacious kitchen with living room and a bedroom, while upstairs there are two more bedrooms, one of them with a balcony. On the property there is a covered terrace where you can enjoy your morning coffee. Refreshment can be found in the jacuzzi and afterwards relax your body and mind on the deck chairs. There is a parking space on the property and another one in the garage at your disposal. By car you can quickly reach the small town of Jadranovo with several beaches, as well as the popular town of Crikvenica with many tourist offers.
