Your villa consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 180 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. On colder days your villa can be heated with central heating (wood/coal). The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the vestibule. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with 2 additional beds at double sofa bed, lounge and TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access with 1 table and 7 chairs. Kitchen in the living room with dinette, TV, dishwasher, gas stove, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the terrace. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
1st floor: 3 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. 3 bathrooms each with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
In addition, your villa is equipped with WLAN- internet access and electric iron. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Drivenik. The villa is located on a 1000 sqm enclosed garden plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is directly from the main road (asphalted). Parking is available on the property and in a parking lot in the village (distance 10 m).

Pool
All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (in operation from early June to late October, 8 m x 12 m, 1.5 m deep).
