The cosy Filzstein A holiday flat is located in a house in typical Austrian style in the municipality of Krimml, Hochkrimml district, in the middle of the Austrian Alps. It is ideal for hiking or skiing holidays (skiing area Zillertal Arena Gerlosplatte). The flat consists of a living & dining area, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 4 bedrooms, each with a double bed, and three bathrooms, thus offering space for 8 people. Other amenities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV and balconies. On these you can enjoy your coffee in the morning, surrounded by a magnificent mountain panorama. Cafés and restaurants are within walking distance. There are 2 free parking spaces on the property. Bed linen and towels are available for a fee on site. Heating costs are included in the electricity fee. Pets are not allowed. Barbecuing is only allowed with electric barbecues. A cot is available on request.
The deposit includes the fees for the final cleaning. Please note that this amount will be retained accordingly.

House rules:
The deposit will be returned within 10 banking days after the flat has been returned free of defects.

The flat is to be checked by the tenant for material defects and completeness upon arrival.

The return of the flat takes place within the scope of our final cleaning.

The used dishes, cooking pots, cooking utensils, oven & hotplate are to be cleaned and returned ready for use. Household waste is to be disposed of properly in the place provided. The flat is to be left broom-clean.

Any deficiencies in the cleaning will be reported by us and their removal will be charged separately.
The departure takes place until 10:00 o'clock and the arrival from 16:00 to 19:00 o'clock. Please notify the landlord in advance.
