Unterkunft mit Verbesserungspotenzial

An sich keine schlechte Unterkunft, allerdings hatten wir einiges zu beanstanden.Die Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern waren beschädigt und schützten nicht mehr vor den MückenDie Fenster waren schmutzig, von innen und von außen. Die Sauberkeit lies im ganzen Haus zu Wünschen übrig, bis auf die Bäder.Die Ausstattung der Küche war unterdurchschnittlich, einiges wurde auf Nachfrage beim Vermieter nachgereicht. (Das war Top)Der Innenhof lädt nicht wirklich zum Verweilen ein, wir haben uns deshalb etwas auf dem Grundstück zum sitzen gesucht. Hier sollte eine Neugestaltung des Grundstücks in Betracht gezogen werden. Potenzial ist da.Beide Grills fielen schon beim Anschauen auseinander.Einige Kleiderschränke auf den Zimmern waren nicht wirklich brauchbar und rochen muffig.Auch das "Kinderzimmer" versprühte einen unangenehmen muffigen Geruch.Ich empfand den Mietpreis für dieses Objekt zu hoch angesetzt und würde es nicht wieder buchen.Da hatten wir schon deutlich bessere Unterkünfte für weniger Geld.

Super Urlaub

Die Ferienwohnung war sauber, optisch sehr schön, ausreichend ausgestattet und wie erwartet gut gelegen. Außerdem war die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr einfach und angenehm. Strand in 5 - 10 Gehminuten. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in 5 - 10 Autominuten. Insgesamt also top, wir würden wieder hierher kommen!

Anders als erwartet...

Leider war wohl seit einiger Zeit die obere Dusche nicht einsatzfähig und wir wurden erst vor Ort darüber informiert. Das Haus an sich war im großen und ganzen ok. Es gab kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten in den Räumen. In der Küche gibt es auch keine Ablage für alles wasnicht in den Kühlschrank gehört.

Tolles Objekt

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Für eine große Familie gibt es genug Platz im Haus und im tollen Garten. Alles ist mit Liebe gestaltet und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Wer Freest erkunden möchte hat mit diesem Objekt auch die perfekte Lage.

Familien Wochenende

Als erstes muss ich mal ehrlich sagen das wir noch nie so einen netten Gastgeber kennengelernt haben wie den Herr Sing, die Kommunikation war spitze und er war sehr nett. Das Haus hatte eine gute Lage und hatte für uns alle ausreichend Platz. Rundherum sind ein paar kleine Restaurants , wir waren in der Hafentaverne essen und auch das war großartig. Danke für das tolle Wochenende.

Genau wie erwartet - gerne wieder!

Das Haus war sehr geräumig, verteilt auf zwei Stockwerke mit zwei Küchen. Die Schlafzimmer sind schön groß und geräumig. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Na klar - ein altes Haus knarzt hier und da, aber das ist ja auch sehr charmant. Freest ist ein süßer kleiner Ort direkt an der Ostsee… nicht viel los und man kann auch direkt zu schönen Spaziergängen starten. Genau was wir gesucht haben. Wir kommen sehr gerne Wieder Kleine Anmerkungen: Ein größeres Brett in der Küche zum Kochen wäre großartig. Und ggf. auch Kochlöffel etc. wir haben uns gut behelfen können, aber das war uns beim Kochen aufgefallen.

Das Objekt ist mit seinen 5 Schlafzimmer ideal für den Urlaub mit Gruppe. Uns hat ein Wohnzimmer zum rum liegen gefehlt das einzige Sofa steht in einem Schlafzimmer. Das ganze Haus ist sehr sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Eine spülmaschine hätten wir gerne gehabt. Ansonsten war alles da was man brauchte, Backofen, Toaster kaffeemaschine,...

Schöner Ort auch im Herbst zu empfehlen

Wir (3 Generationen - 6 Menschen von 30 - 90 Jahre) haben eine schöne Herbstzeit, mit zum Glück tollem Wetter, erleben dürfen. Das Ferienhaus ist groß und die Zimmer schön eingerichtet. Jedoch waren die Abende auf den Stühlen am Tisch nicht so gemütlich. Ein gemütliches Wohnzimmer mit Sofa und/oder Kuschelsessel als Rückzugsort wäre toll. Gemeinsames Kochen für viele Personen ist nicht einfach. Es kann in der Küche nachgerüstet werden. Eine Spülmaschine wäre bei so vielen Menschen empfehlenswert. Liegt an einer doch stark befahrenen Straße und vorn ist nicht eingezäunt.
