The new (July 2021) upstairs vacation apartment, An’t Grachten, offers a great view of the water from the balcony and several windows. The light-filled living and dining area with a kitchenette is comfortably furnished and invites you to relax. Here you’ll find a wood-burning stove, a modern sofa area, a TV with a Blu-ray player, and a large dining table that comfortably seats 5 people. Board games, books, and Blu-rays are available for your enjoyment. The kitchen is modernly equipped with a refrigerator, separate freezer, induction cooktop, oven, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and Senseo pod machine. The furnished balcony is perfect for enjoying breakfast or dinner al fresco while watching the boats go by.

On the same level, you’ll find a bedroom with a double bed, a closet, and a TV; a modern shower room with a hair dryer; and an utility room with a washer-dryer, an iron, an ironing board, and a clothes rack.

A staircase leads from the living area to the converted attic. Here you’ll find a second shower room with a hair dryer, a walk-in closet, and the spacious attic studio with two single beds and a pull-out sofa bed (140x200).

All main windows are equipped with pleated blinds, fly screens, and electric exterior blinds or blackout roller shades.

One parking space is included with the apartment; in front of the house, there is a lockable garden shed available for your bicycles. If needed, additional, non-assigned parking spaces are available at Grachtenpark I.

We can now offer charging stations for electric cars at Greetsieler Grachtenpark (for a usage-based fee); however, we cannot guarantee their permanent and unrestricted availability.

Pets are not allowed.

The same building houses the accommodations Grachtenblick I, Grachtendrööm, and GrachtenGlück; other accommodations in Grachtenpark I include Binnen un' Buten, Grachtenhüsje, Grachtenrefugium, Haifisch, Hampton Huus, Sielzeit, Zinnenhuus 1, and Zinnenhuus 2.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque Greetsiel Grachtenpark, nestled in the idyllic waterfront landscape of the popular fishing village of Greetsiel. The exclusive location right on the canals offers a unique view of the water and a peaceful, maritime atmosphere. From here, it’s just a few minutes’ walk to the historic town center with its famous twin windmills, small boutiques, cafés, and restaurants at the harbor. The surrounding area is perfect for walks and bike rides along the dikes, and the North Sea coast is just a short drive away. An ideal location for a relaxing vacation by the water.
