In the spacious living area, you’ll find a comfortable L-shaped sofa and a large TV. From here, you also have a beautiful view to the south over the surrounding fields, which you can also enjoy from the furnished west-facing balcony with a parasol.
Adjacent to this is the dining area with a table and four chairs, as well as the fully equipped kitchen. Here you’ll find all the essential appliances: a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, an oven, a ceramic cooktop, a microwave, a coffee maker, a Bosch capsule machine, a toaster, a kettle, a radio, and more.

On the same floor, you’ll also find a bedroom with a double bed, a wardrobe, a TV, and electric exterior shutters, as well as a spacious bathroom with a large sink, a walk-in shower, a hair dryer, and a washer-dryer.

The second bedroom is located in the converted attic and features a 160-cm-wide double bed, a dresser, and a TV. Each bed is equipped with USB ports for charging your mobile devices.

The entire upper floor features radiant floor heating, and the living area and bedrooms are fitted with pleated blinds and fly screens.

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in this apartment; smoking is not permitted.

Next to the house is a large storage shed with a power outlet where you can charge your e-bikes.

The parking space is located right next to the house. A wallbox can also be used for an additional fee and upon prior registration at the time of booking.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-out day.

The “Anker” and “Wattperle” accommodations are located in the same building, should you need more space.

This light-filled apartment is located away from the hustle and bustle of Greetsiel in Neu-Hauen, yet the centre of Greetsiel is still within easy walking distance.
