This cozy, non-smoking vacation rental is located on the first floor and features a large garden with a spacious, furnished terrace.

It’s just a five-minute walk to the historic centre of Greetsiel.

The spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen is equipped with a comfortable dining table, a cozy sofa with two armchairs, and a large flat-screen TV with an USB port, radio, and Wi-Fi.

The extensive kitchen amenities include a stove with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a Senseo, a kettle, a toaster, an egg cooker, a blender, a high-quality set of pots and pans, and much more.

The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower and a heated towel rack. A hair dryer is also provided. Additionally, there is a separate guest restroom with a sink.

The apartment is fully covered with vinyl flooring and features underfloor heating in all rooms.

Two bedrooms with electric exterior blinds are at your disposal:

- one bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a closet, and a TV,

- a second bedroom with two single beds (each 1 m x 2 m) and a closet.

In the storage room, you’ll find an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes rack.

Insect screens are provided.

The apartment also includes a spacious garden shed with room for your bicycles and an electrical outlet for e-bikes. A parking space is available on the property.

Pets are not allowed!

The “Deichbude,” “Fischgräte,” and “Seeadler” accommodations are located in the same building, should you need more space.

Due to construction work in the immediate vicinity, we unfortunately cannot rule out occasional noise disturbances.

The vacation rental is located in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular vacation destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbour with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dyke landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.
