This beautiful, non-smoking vacation apartment for 4–6 people is located near the Zwillingsmühlen in Greetsiel, just a few minutes’ walk from the town centre.

The apartment has tile floors (laminate in the attic) and features underfloor heating in the living area and bathroom; the windows are fitted with pleated blinds in the living area and blackout roller shades or curtains in the bedrooms.

The spacious, light-filled living-dining area is equipped with everything your heart desires: A kitchen with a dishwasher and a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee pod machine (Senseo) and a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a blender, an electric milk frother, an iron and ironing board, and much more.

A comfortable seating area with a large LCD TV, USB port, and radio, as well as an extensive collection of board games, books, and movies, ensures cozy and entertaining moments.

High-speed Wi-Fi (VDSL 100 Mbit) is available throughout the entire apartment; a LAN connection and landline phone are located at the desk in the attic, where a monitor and PC keyboard are also available in case you need to get some work done during your vacation. (We do not guarantee unrestricted availability or sufficient speed of the Wi-Fi network.)

One bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and large wardrobes ensure a restful night’s sleep. The studio in the attic serves as an additional living area with a pull-out sofa bed, a desk, and a large TV, and/or as sleeping accommodations for two additional guests.

There is a spacious, modern bathroom with a large shower, a washing machine, and a dryer (a hair dryer is also provided!)

Some of the windows are equipped with fly screens.

A crib and a high chair are available free of charge for our younger guests.

A furnished balcony with a patio umbrella is perfect for sunbathing or barbecuing.

The garden shed contains several bicycles for adults, one with a child seat for toddlers, and a children’s bicycle with 24-inch tires (use is free of charge; no warranty is provided for the condition of the bicycles. Use is at your own risk). However, if you bring your own bicycles, please park the provided bicycles outside and use the garden shed to safely store your own bicycles.

A parking space is located directly in front of the house.

Rentals are only available without pets.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this accommodations are rented for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-out day.

The Doris, Hummel Hummel, and Siegrid accommodations are located in the same building; the Ruhepol house is right next door, should you need more space.

The vacation rental is situated in the picturesque fishing village of Greetsiel, one of the most popular vacation destinations on the East Frisian North Sea coast. Centrally located yet quiet, the historic harbour with its crab fishing boats, the famous twin windmills, and charming cafés, restaurants, and small shops are all within easy walking distance. The surrounding dike landscape invites you to take walks, go on bike rides, and explore the vast expanse of East Frisia. With its proximity to the Wadden Sea and the East Frisian islands, the vacation rental is a perfect starting point for maritime adventures and relaxing vacations.
