We booked because location was practical for the early morning wedding we attended. The place is rundown, but bedlinnen was clean, and the jacuzzi was more fun than expected.

Value budget hotel

Booked the hotel as I needed to attend a wedding nearby. The rooms were clean and managed to check in at 1am late in the night easily. There was a big jacuzzi tub which looked very inviting however as I was in a rush, I wasnt able to use it. I would book the hotel again if I stayed around Ampang area

Nice facilities but the management no matching SAD

I book this hotel through online which is on hotel.com. I paid on the spot when booking made for the 2 night staying which is from 23rd Oct- 25th Oct. However, I get a call from hotel, they ask me to check out one day earlier which is on 24th and i mention that i already pay for the both days, why should i check out that day? I request them to double check with Expedia to make sure that I paid for my room. I receive the call when I am enjoying my visit to Pavilion area that time around 2pm, but i did not receive any call back to apologize with the mistake they had made. For safe, I went back to hotel around 4pm to make sure that I still can stay on that night or i need to pay again. I really disappointed with the management of this hotel, you wasted my time and also spoil my shopping mood!! and 1 more thing, on the 1st night of staying when i am bathing, suddenly black out, the staff told us the current supply is breakdown, around 30 minutes the current is normal back, but can hotel please ready the spare current or lamp, not black out like that, maybe some light in the room when current break down?

Second visit and I am never return

Housekeeping really the worst. Toiletries are not refill. I wonder do they clean the room or not. Broken Here and there, it is not what a new hotel should looks like. Pillow sheet looks like used, is dirty.

If you don't mind wet floor it's OK

Avoid room 207 The sink is leaking water, the drainage design got problem, make the whole bathroom always wet. Housekeeping is the worst. Multiple request and not coming, at the end just come to mop the wet floor only, toilet rolls not avaliable. Room design and concept is great, suit for relaxation but the management and maintenance is real weak.
