This is residential converted to hotel, no front desk, need to collect access card from mailbox to access your floor. Communication was using whatsapp , they will send you the check in procedure through pdf format. Downside is you have to look for cheapest car park yourself if you drive, street parking nearby is base on your luck. Overall Room is ok, independant WIFI signal strong , aircond cool

Location is good, short walking distance to new mall TRX and Pavilion. Room is big and clean. One of the bedroom is actually remake from storeroom. Bedroom is not soundproof as can hear outside traffic.

The location was perfect. Communication via WhatsApp is good, at least someone replied. The property has Security guard which is good.Just Our room's sofa was covered in urine stains and smelled. We contacted the owner and asked to clean or take the sofa out but it never happened for 9nights. The owner said I get a refund some money if I amend the date via hotels.com ( we reduced a night stay here) however it never be able to because we already checked in. A cigarette someone smoked left at the balcony. A microwave never worked and just opened and turned light on inside. A water boil machine which is not a kettle keeps stopping. The tap water for the bathtub is only cold water and you need to use a shower to fill up. The swimming pool and gym were good with fantastic views, however we knew someone had been seriously injured by the tile tip in the swimming pool.
