-Good location. Accessible to many shopping malls such as pavilion , lot 10, klcc and etc
-Polite security guard
Areas for improvement
- condition of the apartment
1) sound from TV will auto cut off
2) door from common toilet can’t be closed properly
3) door from master bedroom toilet can’t be opened fully
4) aircon in living room is not working and required massive repair and service according to the technician.
- service recovery
1) Shared with the staff regarding the aircon and TV issues and checked if can change room. I was told to wait. Had waited from Day 1 to the day of check out. No update and no follow up.
