1. This unit requires manual check in and handover of access cards. Please inform us of your intended arrival time and our friendly host will be at your service.
2. Transportation service from KLIA to our place can be arranged, please contact us for details.
3. Please feel free to reach out to us if you require any form of assistance, we will do our best to assist you. Be it recommendations for sight-seeing, great food, transportation, local business scene, finance, immigration, etc, we will do our best to help.

1. Smoking is strictly prohibited. If found or detected, a deep cleaning fee of RM800 is required.
2. No eating on the couch and if stained, a deep cleaning fee of RM300 will be levied.
3. No party or loud noise allowed in this space, if complaint is received, guests will have to leave immediately after 2 warnings issued and no refunds will be given.
4. Please take good care of the access cards, if damaged or lost, each card requires a RM250 replacement fee (non-negotiable).
