The hotel was good, the only negative size for us the superior double room was very small. staffs were amazing, breakfast was very good not much of choice but my husband and I, really enjoyed it. Shopping area from food to clothes for us was amazing. The location was very convinience

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. My room was modern, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable bed that made it easy to rest after long days exploring. I also appreciated that housekeeping refreshed the room daily, including towels, water, coffee, and other amenities. The location was one of my favorite part, just steps away from great restaurants, street art, and covered markets, all easily walkable. I enjoyed the breakfast every morning, made good use of the pool, and the Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout my stay. If there’s one thing that could be improved, it would be the consistency of the hot water. Other than that, everything was excellent. I truly enjoyed my time here and would happily stay again.

This is a fabulous hotel giving everything that a budget hotel can offer. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel looks very unassuming considering that it is in the central business district, opposite the central market but it is quite quite inside and safe. Lots of shopping and food around the area. Great place.

Small but perfectly formed. The property is well situated within the up-and-coming area of Chinatown with all it's quirkiness (and hidden bars!). Monorail is close by and super-easy to get around the city.

Very good breakfast with lots of Western and Malaysian options. Loved the rooftop pool with a fantastic view! The staff was also very kind and solicitous. It is also immediately next to the Central Market, so lots of shopping options. Close to the MRT/Metro and in the heart of vibrant Chinatown. I really enjoyed my stay.

The location was great and parking needs to be at the Central Market. First outlook was great, lobby ambiance and staff was very friendly. The downside was just the cleanliness & maintenance of the room. Bedsheet pillowcase was not changed and had hair on it but they changed it immediately. The room need abit of maintenance but for the price we pay, i guess it is alright and it is only for a night.

Very handy central location. Possible to walk to some attractions but very usefully close to 2 metro stations. Once you have your metro pass you're able to anywhere easily. Beautiful and plentiful breakfast, both Asian and European style. Friendly, helpful staff.

The property manager has been extremely unprofessional. Despite my efforts to reach out to him personally to discuss the inconveniences I experienced during my stay, I have received no response even after checking out. The room provided was dusty, and the lift was broken for two days, which was particularly inconvenient as my room was on the 5th floor. When I checked in, I requested a better room, but the staff informed me that the hotel was fully booked for the weekend. The air conditioning in the room was loud and noisy, making it impossible to sleep during my 4-night stay. The shower water was cold and inconsistent, with only minimal hot water available. Despite my daily requests at the counter and leaving the sign on the door, the staff did not clean the room. Adding on, let me put this down by chronology : Day 1 : Check in at 9pm , Already reach out to your staff for a new room. Staff said room fully booked throughout the weekend. (This is your evening staff at Front desk) Day 2 : I inform on a room clean in the morning before I started my visiting in KL for the first time, and contacted Expedia approximately 11pm at night due to the inconveniences that I have during my stay. Day 3 : I reach out to your property at the front desk at 11AM to inform on the issue that I was having but was turned down and given the excuse on : why Did I not reach out to the staff at the counter about the air cond and cold water shower. Also this falls on a Saturday, manager off

Stayed here for three night, on arrival the a/c wasn’t on in our room so it remained completely warm over the next day. It’s also not powerful whatsoever so you don’t feel the effect. Room was okay, very small but was cleaned each day. The shower drain constantly clogged so ended up over flowing onto the floor. Location is good, beside central market and near a train station.
