The bedrooms were lovely we upgraded but they were freezing and know one seemed to know how to make it warmer we were there 5 nights so made it slightly unpleasant, the staff were wonderful every where particularly the concierge who was brilliant, but I booked a hair appointment and Chi in the bar where you made an appointment was fairly couldn’t be bothered

Everything was just amazing, starting from the staff flexibility all the way to the smallest details that you would request at the breakfast table. Absolutely amazing!! Even the porter was so friendly that he bought drinks for us, nowhere have I experienced such great service. Rooms cleaned twice a day, I mean , wow!

The room was large, spotless and the staff were extremely friendly and accomodating. The AC is good and the bed very comfy. Th location is also central. Just one small improvement can be made with regards to the slippers as they are of low quality compared to the luxury of the hotel.

Beautiful colonial/art deco building with so much on offer and appreciate that’s it’s hard to leave the hotel to explore KL. Position perfect to walk to key historic sites and short walk to station for go elsewhere. Outstanding service from all staff and a special mention to the Concierge Desk who couldn’t do enough for us to ensure our 4 night stay was the best. The Botanic Gardens were very close providing us with a nice focus for an early morning walk. Highly recommended for a KL stay and a taste of history, don’t forget to experience the hotels High Tea in one of the many gorgeous lounges or cafe.

Wonderful - enjoyed it very much.

Our stay here was wonderful. The service of the staff was exceptional, and it was this that really made our visit memorable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, including a visit to the spa and afternoon tea.

Absolutely fantastic experience here, we had a junior suite which was excellent. The staff were all so polite, courteous, and helpful and nothing was too much trouble from the front desk staff to the house keepers. Some staff members remembered what coffee I liked every morning at breakfast which I found a very nice personal touch. The breakfast selection was superb with so many options. Every member of staff went above and beyond. The hotel was spotless both inside and out and we would highly recommend here. Will certainly return in the future.
