Excellent two bedroom apartments with security outside in a nice area. We were able to walk to the patronas towers, central market , the pavillion etc which was about 20 minutes walking.

I loved the infinity pool on the top with an amazing view. Laundry facilities came handy as well. The staff were friendly. The room was spacious and got everything I needed. Great location.

We were given an apartment on the 19th floor with horrific smell (the en-suite master bedroom), the apartment wasn’t well cleaned, we had moulded bread, a needle syringe left in the fridge, used sponge cleaner & rubbish left on the floor, it really wasn’t nice to stay in! It was awful. Luckily, the service team moved us to another apartment which was better! The cleanliness of the apartments could be so much better overall. They should also really consider putting washing machines in all units for guests convenience, even though they provide shared washing/dryer machines on the G floor. But, they are often busy with dirty filters. The only good thing about the stay was the Twin towers view from our rooms. Sadly, I don’t think we will be staying here again.

Room filled with trash in two rooms even though beds were made which indicates poor cleaning. Asked for an extra set of bed sheets upon arrival and was told would not have until the next day. Toilet OVERFLOWED and maintenance was not able to come fix in a timely manner, one shower had NO HOT WATER, wallpaper peeling inside our apartment, masking tape used to hold panels together in the elevator, 2 washing machines for the entire complex that were TINY and 1 of them was out of order. We were not the only ones disappointed. I personally witnessed another family being told by the front desk personnel they had no room for them even though the family insisted they had booked it and had messages to prove communication with the staff. Definitely not what it seems like online and falsely represented.

We were initially looking forward to our stay here, as the hotel seemed decent at first glance. However, our experience was far from satisfactory. When we arrived in our room, we immediately noticed that the pillowcases were dirty, and shockingly, someone else’s shoes had been left behind. The bathroom was another issue altogether we had to run the shower for 45 minutes before any hot water came through, which was both frustrating and wasteful. On top of that, the cold tap didn’t work, so we couldn’t even fill our water bottles properly. We reported these issues multiple times to reception and via WhatsApp (as instructed), but nothing was ever resolved. It felt like our concerns were completely ignored. The problems didn’t stop there. Our room door was faulty, triggering an alarm every time we entered, which was both embarrassing and annoying. There was almost no phone signal inside the hotel, making it difficult to contact anyone or even use the hotel’s own WhatsApp service effectively. The vending machine wouldn’t work due to the signal issues, and I had to wait over half an hour just to get a drink, which we needed since there was no cold water in the room. Perhaps the most disappointing part of our stay was the attitude of the staff—they were generally quite rude, except at check-out when we were told we wouldn’t have to pay a late check-out fee if we gave them a five-star review. Later, I even received a message offering a discount in exchange for a five-star rating.

The apartment is conveniently located near Conlay MRT. It features a swimming pool, 24/7 security, and ample parking space. There’s a malay restaurant just a block away for easy dining options. Can see Twin towers building from the bedroom and living room balcony. However, note that there are no laundry or self-service laundry facilities available, which might be a concern for stays longer than three days. Overall, an excellent place to stay.

This was my second time staying at this property within two weeks. I appreciate the friendliness and politeness of the staff and security.I was able to do laundry a few times which is included with the stay, and was a big help. I'm not sure how this property got so many high ratings. It's a terrible setup. The room was ok if you don't mind looking straight into another unit and having no view whatsoever. The building is split into 3 companies so there is 3 different check-in areas. Parking was down 4 levels of basement (and it went down even further)The building lifts are divided into 3 so each company gets 2 lifts to service 45+ floors which takes forever. The lifts stay where they were used last so often you would find both lifts near the top of the building. There is no restaurant here but it worked out well, I discovered the Hyatt.. Best buffet breakfast I have ever been to and it's on the 38th floor! I'll be staying there next time

The property overall is very well kept. I would say one of the biggest downside would be the laundry. For as many rooms The Manor is able to accommodate, they have two very tiny washer and dryers. I spent 2 nights of my stay past 4am because I had to wash clothes after waiting for someone’s set to be done. Another thing is, that there is no WiFi to my knowledge available on level 46 where the infinity pool is located. I asked the security guard for the WiFi password and was told he doesn’t know it and was simply the security guard. Last thing to know about The Manor is that if you book the 3 bedrooms that are conjoining rooms, you cannot have the room doors open. When booking 3 bedrooms, I was expecting for easy access to my kids and vice versa; however, that was not the case. I booked 16L and 16R as well as 17L and 17R, there is the main door that can open the entry way to either room WHICH CANNOT BE LOCKED. So if you have children that have a tendency to come to mom and dad at night, this set up is not one you should choose. Almost forgot, The Manor operates to be energy efficient so your room card is also the key to keep the power on. So after a day of sight seeing, don’t expect to come back to a nicely air conditioned room. And if you are with large group, ask to be in at least the same lobby (there’s 3 lobbies that require its own elevator key) so you can easily go to each others rooms.
