On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms one has a queen bed, and the other is a bunkroom with a set of single bunks and a double bunk and a chill out area for the kids, there is also a bathroom on this level as well.
When you go up the stairs you will find an open plan living dining area with amazing views of the water. The fully equipped chef’s kitchen includes double ovens, gas hob and double fridge-freezer, A large butler’s pantry provides an espresso machine, beverage fridge and additional sink, as well as a toaster, kettle and microwave.
The master bedroom is on this level, wake up in the queen size bed and soak in the amazing views, there is an ensuite and built in wardrobes. Additionally, this level includes a powder room.
From the lounge and dining you will find the100m2 wraparound deck which has a BBQ (charcoal and gas), outdoor dining setting for al fresco dining, you can chill out on the bean chairs or lounge on the comfy furniture under the covered deck areas.
This stunning property is only a three-minute walk to a safe swimming beach and is just down the road from the Kuaotunu boat ramp and close to a many other beautiful beaches such as Rings, Matarangi, Opito and reserves.
There is plenty of room for parking the boat or jet ski, there is Wi-Fi but it is limited due to the location and there is no TV in the main lounge.
