Family holiday farm on the outskirts of the Baltic Sea resort of Kuehlungsborn. Surrounded by meadows and fields and yet close to the beach. This 2-room holiday apartment is family-friendly and has a living room, 1 separate bedroom and a kitchenette and 1 bathroom with shower and toilet. The equipment also includes: high chair, children's dishes/cutlery, toys (board games, ball), socket protectors, petting zoo (Horses, llamas, geese, chickens, cats and a dog), children's playground (seesaw, slide, swing, hand rope, horizontal bar, spring seesaw, ball wall, volleyball court, basketball hoop)Note: WiFi reception is not always available in the holiday home (weak network ).In the village there is a supermarket, gas station. Station of the historic narrow-gauge railway "Molli" approx. 2500m. Restaurants, cafés and boutiques on the beach road and shopping mile 2000 m away. The property was renovated in 2021.
