5 wunderschöne Tage
Das Haus liegt am Dorfrand , etwas abgelegen mit zwei uneinsichtigen Terassen , wo kein Nachbar reinschauen kann, genau so etwas hatten wir gesucht wo mann tun und lassen kann was mann möchte. Die Ersteinweisung durch Herrn Blume ( Hausbesitzer) war super, alles gezeigt und erklärt. Das Haus hat wirklich alle annähnlichkeiten ( Grill, Geschirrspüler ,wlan , super heizung usw. ) . Von dem haus aus kann mann viele wunderschöne Rattouren und unternehmungen machen . Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt das wlan ist nicht in allen Räumen möglich ( geht nur in der sehr schönen großen Küche , angrenzende terasse und 1. schlafzimmeri m 1. Stock) Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Wunderschönes, bequemes, ruhiges Ferienhaus - Beautiful, comfortable and calm holiday home
*Rezension auf Deutch -> Review in English follows* Ich möchte dieses Ferienhaus herzlich empfehlen: Sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet, teilweise mit älteren Bauernhaus-Möbel. Holz ist allgegenwärtig, aber Bäder, Küche und Heizung sind auf dem modernsten Stand. Anders als bei vielen Airbnb's ist das Haus voll eingerichtet und wirkt belebt - Alles ist vorhanden. Das geräumige Haus bietet viele Ecken, wo jeder sich rückziehen kann. Schöne, naturnahe, sehr ruhige Lage: höchstens Schafe sind zu hören, Katzen und Rehe kommen zu Besuch. Je nach Wetter und Tageszeit kann man sich für eine der zwei Terrassen entscheiden, oder für den Balkon, oder für den Hauseingang an der Nord-Seite. Die Umgebung ist eher mit dem Auto zu erkunden: Städte an der Donau / an der Idar, bayerischer Wald, Gasthöfe. Mit einem Jugendlichen waren die Highlights: die Freibäder in der Nähe, die römische Geschichte in Künzing, und das Infozentrum Isarmündung. (Das Freibad in Forsthart läßt sich noch zu Fuß erreichen) Zum Thema Zugänglichkeit: Die Schlafzimmer sind im 1. Obergeschoß, erreichbar mit einer guten gerade Treppe mit zwei Geländern. Herr Blume ist immer ein sehr freundlicher Gastegeber gewesen. I heartly recommend this holiday home. Beautifully and lovingly decorated, partially with older German farmhouse furniture. Wood is ever-present, but all equipments are as modern as it gets. Contrary to many Airbnb's, the house is fully equipped and actually practically livable - Everything needed is

Tolles Ferienhaus in ruhiger Lage
Sehr schönes Ferienhaus, sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles vorhanden. Schön und ruhig gelegen. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbreiter Gastgeber. Die Terrasse - ein Märchen. Ich kann nur weiter empfehlen.

Erholsamer Urlaub
Wir haben uns im Haus und besonders auf der Westterrasse sehr wohl gefühlt. Der freie Blick über die Wiesen war herrlich. Herr Blume war sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Tolle 2 Wochen
Wir hatten eine sehr gute Zeit in Forsthart und genossen den Aufenthalt sehr mit unseren 3 Kindern. Herr Blume ist sehr zuvorkommend und antwortete immer super prompt. Wir koennen dass Haus und die Lage und das Ambiente nur weiterempfehlen.

Ruhige Lage auf dem Land
Geräumiges, renoviertes Landhaus, in dem es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Großes naturnahes Grundstück mit z. T. dichtem Baumbestand ums Haus. Freundlicher persönlicher Empfang durch den Vermieter. Neu eröffneter Dorfladen mit Café, in dem man das Wichtigsten erhalten kann, inkl. frischen Sonntagssemmeln, rundet den positiven Gesamteindruck ab.
