65 km northeast of Kuopio, Lake Syväri 500 m, common beach , shallow, hard sandy bottom 1.2 km away, no boat. Two-storey Tahkoncentro B 3 apartment in the second floor, built in 2008.
Living room/kitchen, bedroom with double bed. Washing room, WC, sauna (electric stove), hall and from balcony view to the slopes. Upstairs bedroom with 2 beds and a loft with 2 beds, on the upper floor there is another shower and toilet. Ski storage, 2-car plugs for cars.
The possibility of charging for one electric car from the Pike Hybrid case, which is intended only for slow charging. The case has a normal Shuko plug for charging (in the case KWH measurement), no power current charging. The customer must have their own management involved. The housing also optionally has the option to heat the car, but not at the same time as charging.

Final cleaning (Basic cleaning is always carried out by the guest) (2026-03-07 - 2026-06-05)
