Brand new townhome with spectacular views of the ocean!! Large roof top terrace that will take your breath away. Large table and outdoor seating to enjoy with family and friends. Third level living room has large sliding glass door with views of the ocean while in the kitchen or relaxing on the sofa. Second floor entertainment room with tv, games, video game and sleeper sofa. The second floor master bedroom has a balcony with views of the ocean, king bed and large tile shower with rain showerhead. as well as performance showerhead. The third floor bedroom has a queen size bed with full size bathroom outside bedroom door. An additional bedroom is located on the second floor and has 2 twin xl beds with a full bathroom. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen size bed and full bath with walk in shower. There is an elevator for your convenience that stops on each floor to help with luggage, groceries, and facilitates those who want to save steps. There is a one and 1/2 car garage that has all beach supplies needed including chairs, umbrella, beach toys and beach wagon for your use. We are within a 2 minute walk to beach access and the Kure Beach Pier is located 3 blocks from the home. We are also within 10 minutes of Fort Fisher and The NC Aquarium. Wilmington is 20 minutes away as well as the Wilmington International Airport.
