Welcome to Andrea’s Place—a spacious, dog-friendly coastal retreat offering 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and accommodations for up to 10 guests. Located on the right side of a duplex, this home boasts a beautiful ocean view and convenient access to a community pool—everything you need for a memorable beach vacation.

On the main level, you’ll find a bright and open living space featuring the kitchen, dining area, half bath, and welcoming living room. Relax on the deck with ocean views or enjoy movie nights with cable TV. The living room also includes a queen sleeper sofa for additional guests.

Head upstairs to the third floor, where three bedrooms and two full bathrooms await. The primary suite features a king bed, private ocean-view balcony, and en-suite bathroom. Down the hall, you'll find a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo, a full-size washer and dryer, and two additional large bedrooms—one with a queen bed and vaulted ceiling and the other with two twin beds.

The ground floor offers a private fourth bedroom with a queen bed and its own full bathroom—perfect for guests seeking extra privacy.

Parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. Additional parking cannot be accommodated on the property or in the grass, as unauthorized vehicles will be towed. If traveling with more than two vehicles, please refer to the Local Info & FAQs for alternative parking locations.

Just a two-minute walk takes you to public beach access, and you’ll find the Kure Beach Pier only two blocks away. The community pool sits directly behind the home for easy access. Please note the pool is managed by an external HOA; unexpected closures do not qualify for refunds or discounts.

Dog Policy & Local Beach Rules:
While this home welcomes dogs, the Town of Kure Beach enforces the following:
- No dogs on the beach April 1 – September 30
- Leashed dogs allowed October 1 – March 31
- Guests must carry a waste bag or container at all times and produce it upon request from enforcement personnel.
- Year-round, dogs are allowed on the beach at:
Freeman Park (north end of Carolina Beach)
Fort Fisher State Recreation Area (just south of the house)

- In Carolina Beach, leashed dogs are permitted on the beach before 9am and after 5pm April 1 – September 30, and are welcome at all times during the off-season.

Bike Safety:
The Kure Beach Police Department requires helmets for all bike riders. Please bring your own or rent from Pleasure Island Rentals.
