Great value! Rooms are clean and up to date. Food is decent and along with the drinks, very reasonably priced. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I’d booked somewhere else in Kuta (Eden) but after digging deeper into the reviews, I’d realised there was something dodgy with its Star rating as the ones with actual stories to tell were negative and had pictures of the real room quality. The Kuna is genuinely lovely if you are looking for quality on a budget.

Love the Hotel, all the staff are all very friendly, the room was very clean with lots of space, it is a bit out of the way from town, but dont let that put you off as a taxi is only $3.00 and we never had to wait long for a Taxi, Reception will organise a Taxi for you, this place is amazing, you wont be disapointed, it is nice and quiet so you cant hear the traffic, we will be back next year. Thank you to all the lovely kind staff.

The property is clean and safe. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The food is good but its easy and affordable to order takeaway. The property is exactly as the brochures and pictures show. I will definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Kuta. Plenty of shopping and dining options close.

I have stayed here before because the hotel is so quiet. The rooms do need a little updating but they are clean and a good size. The staff here are amazing! They helped me celebrate my 60th birthday and really went out of there way to make my son’s homeschooling run smoothly by bringing his breakfast up to the room everyday. A big thank you to All the lovely staff especially the restaurant manager Sukayasa, Tati and Rani for helping out and making our stay perfect. See you all again soon.

everything is great, breakfasts were delicious, if you order juices ask for them without sugar because they are very sweet, I would not recommend pizza, burgers are delicious. staff is very friendly and the room is always clean. I would give the hotel a higher rating, they need to work on the menu.

We stayed here for one night, it was great for a nights stay, the bedrooms and bathrooms could do with a slight revamp but still incredibly comfortable and big for a couple nights stay. The pool was lovely. The staff were excellent, so polite, so helpful and really friendly. We didn’t want to stay long in the business of Kuta, and I’d say for this property you need to get Taxis to most things, but it is near shops which was great.

Lovely hotel.

Hotel is very nice and comfortable. When you forst arrive it seems a bit of a shock because directly off the road is a half built building, but then you go down a driveway to the Kana and see its a beautiful hotel. Its nice being back from the road as well as its a vedy busy road, so im sure it helps with noise reductiin, as it feels nice and quiet when in the hotel. The pool is nice, there's buffet breakfast and restaurant menu for the rest of the day. Room is clean, comfortable and air conditioned.

I was treated with respect; as a valued and welcomed guest! It was a wonderful experience! Wish it never ended. I've been traveling Asia since January and this is one of my top 3 hotels! I will point out that it gets a little boating in the halls because there's no carpet. And other guests are up at 5AN; being inconsiderate. Not the hotels fault. Just sitting for guests to be aware of. But this is a phenomenal hotel with outstanding service! Doubly so b if you consider the price; the it's an absolute steal! The staff here are warm, genuine and take great pride in their service. I absolutely cannot wait to come back.
