Firstly I want to say that the staff were so kind and were so attentive. The room we stayed in was outdated and I personally don’t think that the hotel is a 5 star rated hotel. The shower had a lot of build up on it and getting in and out of the bath tub was difficult. Having a shower was a task with the water getting everywhere on the floor, window and sides of the wall. The amenities were average, we got 4 bottles of water per day and some tooth brushes, combs etc. the TV barely connected to anything, it had no Netflix and wouldn’t connect to a device. The breakfasts were a highlight and had a great range of food with Western, Indian, Indonesian and other foods from parts of Asia. The food was great! I think if you don’t care too much for the room and don’t find walking a long way to the lobby, then the Patra is a great option. I just don’t think this hotel is a 5 star as advertised.

The front desk staff was not to friendly and don’t give great direction. Rooms out dated and not what I booked. This hotel everything is super expensive but again not worth what the reviews say. Food service took forever and food was ok. Don’t think you’re getting a new Australian stake because that thing was a joke. They have so many trainees that it was complicated on the ordering part. The beach area was on taken care of by the facility too. It has lots of potential too. We had a message and facial don’t way over priced and as of right not working out of a room not a spa room. Better treatment I had for fraction of the price in Bali. The bus guys were great and fun.

Alles war sauber, die Ausstattung guter Standard und die Restaurants und der Poolbereich nett und idyllisch. Sehr gut ist der kurze Weg zum Strand und die fußläufige Anbindung zum Flughafen. Weil die Hotelanlage sehr weitläufig ist, wird man normalerweise mit einem Buggy zur Lobby gefahren. Leider war an unserem Abreisetag morgens 5:00 Uhr niemand über das Hoteltelefon zu erreichen. Weshalb wir für die Schlüsselabgabe mit unserem Gepäck durch die gesamte Hotelanlage und danach wieder zurück zur Ausfahrt mussten (ca. 500m bei 28°C;). Um diese Uhrzeit und mit unseren Rollkoffern eine absolute Herausforderung für alle anderen noch schlafenden Hotelbewohner. Wir hatten das Frühstück dazu gebucht. Weil unser Flug aber früher als die Restaurantöffnung ging, versprach man uns ein Lunchpaket vorzubereiten, welches allerdings am Morgen der Abreise nicht auffindbar war. Alles in allem ein gutes Hotel (kleine Überraschungen inklusive;)
