Nice cottage village in Kaukonraitti area, between Kesäjärvi and National road 5. The nearest store (Sale Ruka) is 900 meters away. The nearest restaurant is Rukatonttu.

25 km to the north from Kuusamo, Ruka village 3 km. Lake Kesäjärvi 20 m. Apartment in semidetached kelo log house, built in 1991. Bedroom 1: 2 beds, bedroom 2: spreadable sofa bed (140 cm) and bunk bed, living room: spreadable sofa bed, shallow loft (7 m², steep stairs to the loft): 4 mattresses with topper of double bed, living room/kitchen, electric sauna.

The apartment is located in a quiet, child-friendly area. Rented only for families and other groups who enjoy peaceful holiday. Not rented for groups consisting only of under 25 years old customers.
