A spacious and cozy other half of a semi-detached house, built in 2009, located in a peaceful area by Lake Salmilampi. The total floor area of the apartment is 116 mÂČ (ground floor 99 mÂČ and upper floor 17.5 mÂČ). The apartment is very clean and modern, with large windows in the living area, dining area, and kitchen offering views of Lake Salmilampi and Salmilammenvaara Hill. There are plenty of birds on the lake, including a family of swans. An otter has also been spotted on the lake. The landscape changes according to the seasons, from summer green to autumn colors, and not forgetting the snow white in winter.
The kitchen has a complete, high-quality dinnerware set for 12 people. The ground floor features three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two with two separate beds. On the upper floor, which partly has a low ceiling, there is a large bedroom with a double bed plus an extra bed with an 11 cm memory foam mattress (80 x 200 cm). There is a separate WC upstairs. The apartment is equipped with an air-source heat pump (for cooling and heating).
The spacious sauna has views towards Lake Salmilampi. The glazed terrace has a gas grill. In addition, there is a new shared grill hut (within 50 meters) only for the residents staying in the area. Instructions can be found in the apartment folder. The outdoor storage has a ski waxing bench, two pairs of adult snowshoes, and one pair of childrenâs snowshoes. The outdoor storage also contains one steering sled and one sled.
Household waste must be sorted. You will find sorting bins and instructions in the apartment.
