Hotel very up to par in very nice part of town. Received a nice upgrade albeit a few problems with shower drainage that was very promptly addressed. Overall very comfortable and lovely staff. Bathroom can do with bit more cleaning, not to say it was very dirty.

I would definitely stay here again.

I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff were very professional and quick to get me checked in, and then throughout my stay, were consistently very helpful, quick, and professional in addressing my requests. The breakfast buffet was outstanding. The room was spacious, and the views were wonderful. The location is also good. If I had one complaint, it would be that the windows needed to be cleaned from the outside, but my stay was during a very dusty time of year in Kuwait City.

Homely hotel. Bit dated but gets the job done comfortably. Lovely staff, could have been a bit more flexible in the one breakfast i had on my first morning when i asked for it to be deferred to the secimd morning (only had 1 night out if 5 with free breakfast). Besides the fact that there was bot of construction going around which made it noisy, the property itself was quite nice. The staff was friendly and the views from restaurant on the top floor were quite nice. They even let me do a late check out when I told them that my flight was very late and also gave me some tips on what to do in Kuwait City. Getting taxis using Careem app was very convenient and easy . The room was spacious with tea/coffee/hot water kettle provided. Wifi was good too

Does the job nicely. Bit dated, the room the gym the facilities, but in good condition. Bathroom shower bit messy yet manageable. Staff helpful. I was very happy with the customer service and communication from hotel staff, everyone was polite and made me feel very welcome especially as i was stranded due to situation of Corona virus airport lockdown so i moved here after my airbnb ran out and had to find accommodation for a further 2 weeks at short notice.
