Very modern, beautiful, comfortable certified fishing house "Holmen", built in 1917, renovated in 2017. In the centre of the island Børsheimholmen 80 km from the centre of Bergen, 100 m from the sea, 100 m from the fijord, in the countryside. Private: natural state property 1'500 m2, large, beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn. Private beach, bathing jetty, bathing place. Motor boat, parking (for 4 cars). Grocery 2.3 km, supermarket 2.3 km, shopping centre 2.3 km, restaurant 2.3 km, bus stop "Bakka Aust" 180 m, sandy beach "Hardangerfjorden" 100 m. Fishing possibilities 100 m.
