The area was very quiet which was nice but did mean it was a bit of a walk to the nearest shop. The check-in process was all automated and quite straightforward but be aware that the emails are sent in Japanese and I had to pop these in a translation app. The building is small but the room was a generous size. The place is slightly dated but very clean.

This is a self check in/check out so there is no staff or room service. The room itself is amazing and spacious. The bathroom is just as great! The beds were super comfortable! One of my favorite hotels! I will definitely be back. But keep in mind there is no elevator so I got lucky being on the second floor but if you have the third then you have to carry your luggage all the way up there.

Great hotel, loved the area as it was quiet and away from the crowds, but close enough for the grocery stores and eateries. The room itself was amazing and the bathroom was gorgeous. Would highly recommend this place and would stay again if I come back to Kyoto.

If you are Japanese this is a very nice hotel with a hassle free self checkin. Avoid room 101 because you will be awaken whenever a guest on the upper floors drains their tub. If you hold a foreign passport look for another hotel. I will spare you the problems I had getting mine to them. Just look for a hotel with a human at the front desk. Good advice throughout Japan.

Loved that the room was extremely spacious and clean and that the beds were very comfortable. However it was very cold in the room with not much insulation so we definitely had to layer up to stay warm even with the heater on.

La habitación muy amplia y limpia, camas cómodas y baño grande. La chica con la que nos encontramos en recepción el primer día muy maja nos explicó cómo entrar en la habitación, le quito una estrella por la localización no muy céntrica del hotel y la ausencia de personal y limpieza de habitación. Aún así es recomendable

内装はとても良く、満足でしたが、清掃に入っていただけませんでした。また、レンジがなかったです。清掃の札を下げておいたのに、何故清掃に入っていただけなかったのか不思議です。ただ、内装が可愛く、清潔感もあったので全体的には良いです。周りも不便という程ではなかったです。
